MWI Fulfillment employees are subjected to a stringent pre-employment screening which includes a nationwide criminal background check and drug screening. A corporate handbook is given to all employees that provide the corporate policies and procedures. Non-disclosure agreements are required of vendors and employees. Separation of duties is enforced to limit the possibilities of product or data loss.
